Our Staff

Front Office Staff
Our front office team, Susan Holcomb and Kelly Marvin, are available to work with you in making appointments to fit your schedule. They are also there to answer your questions and to keep the flow of patients moving so your wait is minimal.

Technicians
The ophthalmology technicians will do your preliminary testing, history and chief complaint work-up prior to your visit with the doctor. Our friendly and helpful staff have from five to twenty years of experience is providing for your comfort and to answer any questions you may have regarding your visit.

Surgery Scheduler
Melanie Maranville is our surgery scheduler and has been with the practice over 22 years. She knows what it takes to set-up your surgery, how to prepare you for your surgery and follows-up to make sure you are home safe and resting comfortably.

Billing and Insurance
If you have questions regarding your insurance or billing you will be speaking with Joan Econ. Joan is experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and Medicare. She will be happy to help you with your account.

Administrator
Kathy Kovack is our Practice Administrator. She will be more than happy to discuss any concerns you have regarding your visit. She will also assist you in applying for payment plans if you need assistance in that area.

Gregg Childress
Gregg Childress has been providing professional consultations on selections and fit for our patients for over twenty years. And, yes we all are aware he began his career with us a mere child. Our long time patients leave our office confident that Gregg would never let them step foot out the door unless they were looking their best and feeling good about the look and comfort of their glasses or contacts.
